We can manufacture precision plastic injection moulded components in a multitude of finishes, colours and grades, to suit a myriad of conditions and production circumstances. Volumes do not need to be large scale and deliveries can be scheduled to meet your deadlines on a just in time basis.

We operate predominantly on a contract-manufacturing basis for wholesale and Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) requirements. In addition, we also manufacture certain products ourselves for our direct sales markets.

We also have experience in dealing with overseas markets. In fact, we have dealt with overseas customers from the United States of America, Middle East, Europe, Asia, Pacific-Rim and Australasia. Among others, we are an appointed agent of pan-European retailer, C&A Belgium, as one their main contractors for supplying clothing hanger products to their stores.

Berjaya Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd (“BPI”) was incorporated on 29 August 1977 as a family-owned high quality precision plastic injection moulding company. BPI is based in the historic state of Melaka, Malaysia, in a modern factory with a built-up area of approximately 35,000 square feet. Comprehensive and modern transportation infrastructure are easily accessible and within short distance from our strategic location.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the field of precision plastic injection moulding, BPI has been very successful in providing high quality precision plastic injection moulding. We have moulded hundreds of products for our customers to meet the demands of diverse industrial markets. We have had customers from the United States of America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Production is undertaken, in a modern factory, with continuous manufacturing operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which enables us to meet even the most urgent of delivery requirements

We employ over 40 employees across departments, from Manufacturing to Accounts. Our Managing Director heads our company whilst the day-to-day responsibilities fall within the remit of our General Manager.
