Moulding & Tooling – The ultimate quality of any injection moulding is very much dependent not only on the design of the component, but also on the design, accuracy and construction of the mould tool. For simple plastic components, our in-house tool making facilities enable us to offer cost-effective mould making and guarantee the best possible tool manufacture suited exactly to our customer needs. We also have the means to make repairs or modifications quickly and easily to ensure minimum disruption to production schedules.

For more complex plastic components, BPI has developed a strong network of reputable independent design consultancies and toolmakers, who have amassed a vast portfolio of industrial and commercial experience covering many industry sectors ranging from Aerospace and Automotive to Domestic Appliances and the Leisure industry. These design consultancies and toolmakers work closely with our own Tooling Department to ensure a smooth transition from design to mould tool manufacture.

All in instances, we manage all new tooling to ensure conformity to customers’ specifications and technical drawings in the most cost-effective manner.
 
Manufacturing - At BPI, we have an extensive range of injection moulding machinery from reputable names such as Sumitomo, Nissei, Toshiba and Mitsubishi, with tonnage ranging from 170 tones to 850 tones.

We can manufacture components from small batches to millions, including assembly and packaging of finished products. Production is undertaken, in a very modern factory, with continuous manufacturing operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which enables us to meet even the most urgent of delivery requirements. Secondary Process and Assembly – BPI manufacturing services provide you with option of your products to be built, packed or even printed to your specification. With on-site auxiliary services such as:
